YIN/RESTORATIVE

Reclaiming the Whole Self  All Level

 Healing stretches and guided meditation while using props to calm the mind and release muscle tension.

Mindful Flow   Level 1 & 2

  With an emphasis on each individual's level of practice, this slower vinyasa style class allows focus and awareness to gain a deeper understanding of each posture. Learn how breath facilitates the transition from pose to pose.
Verbal cues and props may be suggested.
   ***For beginners with basic yoga experience to intermediate students looking  to refine and progress their practice.
 
Asana Lab Level 1 & 2
  Delve into all aspects of your practice, workshop style-
 *fine tune your poses and vinyasa practice
 *refine each posture to develop strength and flexibility
 *opportunity to progress to more advanced postures, IF you desire. plus pranayama.
Yoga Fusion Level 1 & 2
 Using a fitness ring/wheel in our asanas to bring adynamic level of strengthening and toning to the entire body! Fun. Fun. Fun!
 
Yin Yoga  All levels
  Bring some balance to your active (yang) lifestyle with this introspective form of yoga! Everyone needs some Yin in their life!
 By holding poses for a longer period of time, you effectively target the connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints of the body.
The result is greater range of motion and less stiffness. 
   ***A great practice for cyclists, runners...all athletes to help avoid injury. 
     All levels welcome!
 
Chair Yoga for Seniors
  Receive and enjoy all the benefits of yoga using the stability of a chair!
This class is ideal for those with limited mobility or recovering from injury.
By cultivating ease and calmness of the mind and building strength and flexibility in the body, optimal wellness is achieved!
Restorative -  Deep Relaxation For Everyone

  Hit the pause button on your schedule to rejuvenate your body and refresh your mind in this meditative style class.

Bolsters and blankets support the physical load of the body allowing for complete relaxation.

Relaxation calms the nervous system allowing our body to transition into its rest & digest phase so our metabolism becomes more efficient.

This calming state assists our bodies to heal and repair from the inside out.  

Better quality of sleep, increased energy, sharper focus, and lower blood pressure are just some of the benefits!

   ***For everyone! Especially caregivers, medical practitioners, first responders, people coping with chronic health issues and everyday stress!

Deep Stretch & Myofascial Release

  Yoga postures and the use of tennis balls to gently ease tension in the muscles. Improves blood flow to the targeted areas!

   *** All level, beginners welcome!

Evening Wind Down

  A soothing practice to stretch, realign and let go of tension leading into restorative yoga with guided meditation.

  ***For everyone! Especially caregivers, medical practitioners, first responders, people coping with chronic health issues and everyday stress!
