The Virtual Class

For some of you, home practice is new territory! 

We keep our yoga practice going and learn to improvise with props and make do with what we have at home.

Together, we learn how to carve out a niche - creating our shala (literally 'home, abode', 'place of yoga' ) anywhere in our home.

We need yoga now more than ever!

Reclaiming The whole Self

Yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools to build physical strength and awareness.

This class invites you to safely explore yoga postures to build strength and release muscle tension.

By integrating breathwork, you learn to calm the mind and regulate emotions.

 

A style of yoga using props that supports everyone who has a busy and hectic schedule.

Parents, teachers first responders, caregivers of senior family members and medical workers. Everyone!!

No yoga experience is necessary. Option to use a chair will be available

                   

**Private and semi-private 90 minute classes available by appointment only.
